Very nice Mo...and like a whole second quicker as well.

296.9whp and 438nm pump fuel, no meth
golf 5 gti ko4. broke the record 13.9
red dsg. broke the record 14.1
Alot more but they werent GTI's

hey chaps

Gti08s five was mapped on friday - done at the reef

Car came in on 182whp and 288nm.....left at 193whp and 322nm....

CAR IS BONE STOCK...not even a filter

Will post up dyno sheet as soon as i get it.

Would the SW special also apply to a Seat Leon FR :)

Its my understanding that a G5 (BWA) comes out with 225HP stock..... They average On around 200hp on the wheels in stock form dyno'd at K.A.R....

BWA Motor came in from late 2006 I believe, So how can the Figures for the 08 GTI with SW be less than a Stocker? Or am I missing something here???

Yes it even says in my booklet that the Motor is 147kw's, Thats done to keep it just under the 200hp mark so your insurance does not kak! In reality GTI (BWA) produce between 220FKW AND 230FKW(165kw 0r between 140 and 150wkw an 320nm-330nm in 100% Stock Form.....

Unless you running the car when its hot! ???

I have yet to see a stock GTi running 200hp at KAR, dude.
