One thing iv learnt from FRC is that they are always willing to help to the best of there ability and rectify a problem if there was one without any complaints.
Many things could have happened in this case for the bolts being very tight and knowing FRC they would of resolved the problem without any issues because they really take pride in there work and are passionate about wat they do.

Next time contact them. lesson learnt would of saved you 600bucks wish you happy tuning bud

Thank you to my loyal clients that have praised the work that we deliver.
I have called the client early this morning. There isnt much i can help him with at this stage, but he is aware that my doors are always open to assist him, however i possibly can.
He might post here again,i presume.

Thank you one and all!

If i may just add 2 cents here...
I have been doing this for 15yrs......
it is often said that the previous people cross threaded ( which is not impossible)
However i found that when the nuts are stripped when the car is to hot they more than often come out with no thread!
this is also generally the case when the cars is to cold!
that is why we strip the car after 1 hr of cooling down period...the bolts have enough heat in them to keep them from biting into the stud.......
i have never had a problem ever since with a G5 or G6

I have had over a dozen cars done @ FRC, and a DP to a brand new GTi very recently. They were meticulous with every bolt and nut, triple checked everything, wrapped up my OEM DP in plastic, put cloth at the ends and loaded it back in the car making sure nothing gets scratched. They have replied my sms's and calls past midnight and always made sure I was happy and every one of my refferals said the service and workmanship was second to none. I have ranted about almost every tuner, fabricator I have used as the service here in SA is downright disgusting, but since FRC I have never looked back. Awesome work awesome service and boy do they deliver. Thanks FRC for all the effort on my and my friends cars. You will be getting tons more from my side :D
